Two stainless Steel sails span the mezzanine and platform levels of
the station. Incorporated into the
sculptures are kinetic plates (acti-
vated by wind motion) that feature
the names of First Nation Tribes
from Washington State (North Sail)
and cities from around the world
that share the latitude and longitude
of Seattle.
